the location was great for exploring the city's attractions! a taxi stop right outside was very convenient for quick trips. the daily afternoon tea was a wonderful touch, it.
the room was a bit dusty. also, the minibar wasn't restocked daily, i had to request refills!

the room had fresh linens and fluffy towels. the rooftop terrace offered peace and sunshine. It was a relaxing spot to unwind. i especially liked the breakfast. It offered plenty of choice.
The shower design allowed water to leak onto the bathroom floor. It created a small puddle!

I really liked the hotel's location right off la rambla. it was easy to walk everywhere (plus, two metro stops were very close). i also appreciated the rooftop pool and bar. The views were lovely, especially in the evening. the gym had modern equipment. I found three treadmills and some stationary bikes.
the soundproofing wasn't the best. i could hear street noise and hallway chatter from my room (i was on the second floor).

the hotel sits right off la rambla, close to passeig de gracia. two metro stations are within a short walk, which facilitates travel throughout the city. the location makes many attractions accessible.

staff at reception were consistently helpful and polite. they provided directions and recommendations. assistance with luggage storage. the hotel offers a welcome drink upon arrival (a nice touch after a long journey).

breakfast included a buffet with various options, including fresh fruit and pastries. the rooftop bar serves cocktails and snacks with city views. room service is available throughout the day (i didn't try it though).
